Concept Designs & Space Planning

Habitat 1 provide a very in-expensive service to design a concept design with an associated budget costing at the very early stages of the project. The client can then quickly identify if the proposed space is suited for their purpose and understand the costs that will be involved. Our in-house architect / interior designers will arrange to meet with you, obtain a budget, and have a concept design and budget costing in your possession within 3 business days.

Documentation

With a design direction, the documentation stage is where our team details and documents all aspects of the project to bring it to life. We organize authority approvals, building owner approvals, liase with building consultants / contractors, and transform the information to CAD plans, specifications, schedules and costings

Tenancy Make Good

As well as new projects, our construction team are often engaged to perform a tenancy make good which is often required at the end of a lease. Often there are tight time constraints, but with our extensive range of sub-contractors, we are able to consistently complete the works on time and on budget.
