Synergy Plus, formerly ComputerCORP is a publicly listed independent architect, integrator and manager of business-critical ICT Infrastructure solutions.

When relocating their Perth office to Stirling, the staff requested a bright, cheerful atmosphere with emphasis on integrating work teams, and promoting a positive environment to increase productivity. With this brief in mind, Habitat1 set about achieving this outcome through the use of:

• Centrally located frameless "Manet" system meeting rooms with stainless steel hardware and glass sliding doors providing a clean, seamless look. Meeting rooms also include a square bulkhead and feature pendant light to further highlight the space.
• Frosted privacy strips to meeting rooms with feature 'barcode' strip cutouts and themed meeting room names
• Open plan workstations for staff, with the inclusion of open plan executive workstations for management
• Zoned teams within the space through the use of different coloured screen panels
• Feature painted stripes to compliment and define the zoned areas
• Feature curved glass cutouts to filter natural light through to the meeting rooms and/or work areas
• A fun approach to the lunchroom with bright cabinetry panels, various seating options, access to the balcony and a full wall graphic of Cottesloe beach

The brief also outlined the importance of a reception area with a 'wow' factor. Features of the reception area include:

• Combination of frosted and clear graphic film to glass reception wall. The graphic includes a combination of stripes and swirls, frosting to disguise certain elements and strong corporate branding which is essential upon entry from the lift
• Feature curved glass cutouts to allow natural light into the space
• White "Quartz Carpet" which is a combination of natural quartz granules with an apoxy resin in a matt finish to create an airy, open space
• Custom designed reception counter in a combination of white matt and gloss 2-pac, and white laminate. Counter also includes custom curved end with oval cutout and frosted glass upstands for additional privacy
• Feature pendant lights leading into main work space
• Recessed section to show case the client's awards and certificates
• Direct access to 3 meeting rooms within the reception area

Overall, the fitout reflects the attitudes and works ethics of Synergy Plus; innovative, unique and professional.
