Readymix, now renamed Cemex, is a national company that required offices in Bentley for its Western Australia operations. The brief outlined the importance of client / visitor relationship, and the grand reception with adjacent meeting rooms impacts on the visitor. Polished concrete floors from the reception to staff lunch room facility highlight the company’s core product, whilst the open plan work spaces create a flow through of staff from work areas to adjacent meeting / break out areas. The lunch room link to the boardroom provides opportunity for work functions and entertaining. These spaces borrow light from the landscaped internal courtyard to complete the vista.
