Diamond Industries are leading mechanical contractors that are involved in commercial and large scale marine projects. At the time of purchase, the building, located in Parker Place, was a single storey warehouse with no internal finishes or services. To maximize function and space, a mezzanine floor was added to much of the area, whilst retaining a some sections of double storey volume for the companies warehouse and office core. A combination of offices and open plan workspaces are centred around the double height core, which acts as a lightwell and entertaining space for visitors and staff. The use of exposed steel, stainless steel and corrugated iron ceilings helps transform the warehouse into a modern, office environment reflecting the companies values of strength and growth.
