Acton Real Estate is a leading Real Estate Agent in Western Australia. Acton Fremantle was the 4th Acton office undertaken by our company, and was the most challenging. Acton purchased the building located on Canning Hwy as a run down retail outlet. Major demolition works were involved to produce an open plan working environment in the centre of the building. Divisions within the company were segregated by existing structural walls and the creation of glass partitions to assist in the flow through of light. The brief highlighted the importance of the Acton image and the relationship with their clients. The reception, waiting area and the adjacent boardroom provide a bright, comfortable space for client interaction and display opportunities.
